You're charged based on the number of active devices that have the InventoryOS agent installed. If a device is retired or removed, it no longer counts toward your limit. Billing is calculated at the end of each billing cycle based on your peak active device count.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties or early termination fees.

We'll notify you when you're approaching your device limit. Existing devices will continue to report data normally. To add more devices, you can upgrade to the next tier or contact us for custom pricing. We never cut off access to your existing data.

Correct. Sign up with your email, install the agent on your devices, and you'll have full access to the Professional plan features for 14 days. No credit card, no payment info, no strings attached. If you don't subscribe after the trial, your data is retained for 30 days.

The InventoryOS agent supports Windows 10/11, macOS 12+, and major Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, RHEL). The agent is lightweight (under 15 MB) and runs as a background service with minimal resource usage.

Yes. Managed service providers can join our partner program with multi-tenant management and consolidated billing across client organizations. Partner rates are not listed on our website; we share pricing when you schedule a call or demo with our sales team. Nonprofits receive a 25% discount on published Starter and Professional rates. Choose monthly commitment for standard list pricing with month-to-month flexibility, or annual commitment for 20% off with a 12-month term. Both options are billed monthly in arrears based on your active device count. There is no annual prepay option.
